I can’t write a word without Jesus
Life itself without him is meaningless
The food isn’t satisfying enough
Loneliness is really rough
And peace is hard to find in all the stress
People tell you to be a success
People tell you fame and fortune is what is best
But without God why does it matter
You’re just climbing up an empty latter
Into a future of not being able to rest
Do what you like
Be who you are
But remember
But without love
You can’t shine like a star
