Life

 There'll be goodbyes and hellos

New friends and some that are old

Times to stay and times to go

Things to learn and things we already know

Times to relax and times to grow

Ways to make money to get rich or pay off what we owe

A chance to dance and a chance to show

A time to be timid and a time to be bold

You may not always shrink back and you may not always glow

We'll have our regrets and our thankfully sos 

You may be young now but one day you'll be old

Times will be warm and times will be cold

People to hug and hands to hold

Lovers and friends and strangers dressed like coal 

See the eagle, see the dove, see the warning see the crow

But don't be so suspicious because you never know 

Fait can change it's mind like the wind can change the direction it will blow

So forgive and forget or hold on and watch it turn to mold

For no one can have forever all the gold

And nothing last forever but your eternal soul

So give up your life for a goodly goal

March proudly but be gentle if you have to step on toes

For one day when we are very very very very old

Will leave this body and to God will go

And even if you know Jesus the Father will ask what we already know

Were you really honest or deceiving others as you go
